Defendant John Timothy Singer appeals from a conviction for manslaughter, a second degree felony. Singer claims the evidence was adequate to support a conviction of negligent homicide, yet insufficient to support a conviction for the more serious offense of manslaughter. Singer also alleges that certain statements made by him were obtained in violation of his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. We reject both arguments and affirm.
